These include Xero, Air New Zealand, Google, Commonwealth Bank, Dell, and Emirates Team New Zealand.
A winner of over 100 marketing and digital awards, he has built some of the world’s most successful ecommerce sites; online communities and applications for smartphones. Today he is recognized as one of the powerful influencers on Twitter and Linked-In.
Andy has built multiple hundred million dollar-plus ventures and created billions in value for investors. His enterprises have ranged from coffee and gin through to security software, ecommerce sites and online accounting software. He was a founder and director of New Zealand’s largest venture capital firm – and today sits on the boards of Mercury Energy and SLI Systems.
Most recently Andy was chief marketing and revenue officer of Xero, the world’s fastest growing SaaS Company and leader in online accounting. Forbes named Xero the world’s most innovative company.
Today he chairs Group Lark – a growth accelerant for digital and brand transformations – working with exciting early mid stage growth companies to accelerate their path forward.
When he is not immersed in work, he is a competitive sailor, a very non-competitive cyclist, and writer.
