Brad Tuckman is a brand innovator and the founder of OneKreate, a technology-enabled content creation agency serving global brands. Tuckman grew OneKreate from a garage office with one computer (and a dog) to today having more than 1 million sq. ft. in office space globally, and more than 1,000 employees serving clients like Walmart, Crate and Barrel, Home Depot, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Uniqol, Calvin Klein, Gatorade, Target, Chicos, Nike and more.
In 2015 while prominent in the private equity arena, Tuckman looked to further the evolution and expansion of his company’s services and geography, he didn’t look for a “small” strategy – he conducted the simultaneous M&A of the two largest creative studios in the U.S., forming the world’s largest studio network, CreativeDrive. Tuckman was the vision behind CreativeDrive re-imagining the content creation cycle to align with continuous transformation of the media landscape. Following the sale of his majority share to Bertram Capital, Tuckman continues to serve on the Board of Directors and is the largest single shareholder in the company.
Tuckman is a problem-solver who rolls up his sleeves to do what’s needed, and is passionate about achieving team success and finding ways to grow small business.
Like all growth-minded business owners, Tuckman believes that success is fueled by providing innovative products and “can’t-live-without” service. His own experience of not putting enough time and energy into bookkeeping and accounting fueled his desire to be a part of Xendoo, which helps small businesses achieve their financial goals and maximize exit value.
